There is truth to the saying, 'you get what you pay for'. Although taking my car to the dealer for service costs more, I feel confident that the work will be done right & with quality parts & labor. I appreciate that they always call me after assessing what needs done & go over each item & the cost. They wait for my approval before proceeding. They don't pressure me into puchasing items/service that aren't mandatory.

The ignition control module failed. It was replaced along with all of the original spark plugs and spark plug wires. The car runs fine.I was also called and told the cost of the work and why it was necessary before they started working on the car. The car runs fine.

This repair experience could not have been better. I walked up to the service desk and explained the problem with my vehicle. The service technician came out and listened to the noise my truck was making, diagnosed it, and repaired it - all within 90 minutes. Outstanding! Thanks to Richard for repairing my truck so fast.
